| Open Enrollment April 1-May 31 ends May 31 of the Membership Year Memberships Purchased in April and May Expire May 31 of the Following Year NorthStar EMS offers a comprehensive membership program, designed to save YOU money should you require ambulance transportation. For the low annual fee of $35 for an individual, or $55 for a family, NorthStar EMS will accept the payment made by your insurance company as payment in full. If you do not have insurance, or your insurance claim is denied, members receive a 40% discount off normal charges.
